Arab News has reported that The Saudi higher education ministry has allocated 150 graduate courses for Filipino students in various universities across the kingdom. Currently, there are six Filipino graduate students on full scholarship at the King Abdullah University for Science and Technology (KAUST), which opened in 2009, in addition to Filipinos studying for Islamic studies in universities in Makkah and Madinah.
